We charge 6% of the gross amount of money you make if you have a semi-truck.

If you need a straight truck (box truck) dispatched, the dispatching fee is 10%.

First, we are physically in the USA. Secondly, no one offers the kind of service we do. Third, we will find you your first load for free. All you have to do, as an owner-operator or a carrier is to fill out the agreement, attach your permits, and post your truck. Our dispatchers will be able to see your posted truck instantly and they will start looking for a load for you.

Once we find and book a load to your liking, we will send you an invoice for our dispatching fees, within 7 days. You can pay it securely online. You will get a complete rundown of the loads you have done and the amounts of the loads and dispatching fees.

You simply go to the driver portal and post your truck in 20 seconds. All our dispatchers will see your available truck on the board and they will also be notified via email instantly.

Your truck is visible to multiple dispatchers. It’s in their interest that you take a load from them specifically because they are paid by commission. This way you can compete for the best loads out there. If a dispatcher is not able to be at work, you can still count on being worked with, as there will be others who will compete for your business.

Well, our main dispatchers are actually the owners and long-time veterans, drivers, and dispatchers. We also have other dispatchers who will be able to help you, but all of them are hand-picked, vetted, and checked with their former employers and the drivers they dispatched. We also check their references and book of business before they start working with us.

We do encourage everyone to form business relationships with each other, as long as everything is done using the Dispatch Insider platform and 3B Logistics as the dispatching service. Dispatchers have signed a non-compete business agreement with us and they are legally NOT allowed to work with a driver from Dispatch Insider and 3B Logistics LLC for one year after they last dispatched a specific driver through our system.

Absolutely! Once you see a load that you like, you can either call a dispatcher at the number from the posting or click on the “Book Now” option next to the load. You will send us your MC number and we will attempt to book the load in your name. Please note, that before the SECOND booking, you MUST fill out our dispatching agreement and agree to our dispatching fees. First load is free and requires no agreement or permits.

Once you complete the “Book Now” step, we will contact the broker and attempt to book the load in your company’s name. If the load is still available and the broker agrees to work with your company, we will book the load at the posted rate or higher.

Our dispatchers have been instructed to post only the highest approved rates from brokers. That doesn’t mean that the broker won’t, occasionally, go higher on that rate, but the posted rates are what we can generally get approved.
